Service
These terms apply to plans purchased by authorised bar or restaurant owners or representatives. The service includes a listing, content and offer publishing and a management dashboard. New listings may be reviewed before publication.
Ordering
The customer submits accurate details, creates an account, reviews the displayed plan, term, total price, taxes and renewal, and pays through Stripe. Electronic confirmation is then provided. The contract is made in Spanish; these translations are provided for convenience.
Price, payment and renewal
The price shown immediately before payment applies. Stripe processes payments; Comer Bien does not store full card numbers. Automatically renewing plans renew for the stated term unless cancelled beforehand.
Cancellation and withdrawal
Future renewal can be cancelled through the Stripe portal in the dashboard; access normally continues to the end of the paid term. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights apply where legally available. To exercise them, email info@creatribu.com. Early commencement of digital services is subject to the information and express consent required by law.
Business duties and content
The business warrants that details are accurate and it may use submitted materials. It must secure credentials and avoid unlawful or misleading content. It retains ownership and grants a non-exclusive licence to display and promote the listing during the service.
Suspension, availability and law
Comer Bien may correct, remove or suspend content for non-payment, fraud, security risk or serious breach. Reasonable availability is pursued without excluding mandatory consumer rights. Spanish law and mandatory consumer jurisdiction apply.
